We have an exciting new vacancy for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Brittania Hotel in Nottingham. Located in the heart of Nottingham, near Old Market Square tram stop, and just a short walk from Nottingham train station. Your duties will include:
- Being directly involved in preparing, and producing meals to the highest standards.
- Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant
- Encouraging and developing your team members.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Managing food deliveries and stock control.
Our kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the ideal candidate will be available to work split shifts as well as some weekends. Experience in a busy kitchen is essential. This role offers 30 hours a week.
