Account Manager East Midlands - Onsite working £32,000 + Benefits

We're recruiting an Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding Logistics business. You will be customer focused, managing daily requirements and providing the best quality service - ALL while being enjoying the benefits of transparent progression routes, invested and supported peers and the stability of a thriving business.

What will I be doing?

A brief overview of the day to day:

  • Addressing customers' daily needs in accordance with service procedures and established SLAs.
  • Monitoring and tracking all customer shipments, coordinating with partners to investigate and rectify any issues.
  • Ensuring key customers' expectations are effectively managed.
  • Handling shipment reports, resolving any identified discrepancies, and informing customers of necessary adjustments.
  • Developing new customer relationships, expanding customer reach and providing great service to exsisting customers.
