We're recruiting an Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding Logistics business. You will be customer focused, managing daily requirements and providing the best quality service - ALL while being enjoying the benefits of transparent progression routes, invested and supported peers and the stability of a thriving business.

What will I be doing?

A brief overview of the day to day:

Addressing customers' daily needs in accordance with service procedures and established SLAs.
Monitoring and tracking all customer shipments, coordinating with partners to investigate and rectify any issues.
Ensuring key customers' expectations are effectively managed.
Handling shipment reports, resolving any identified discrepancies, and informing customers of necessary adjustments.
Developing new customer relationships, expanding customer reach and providing great service to exsisting customers.
