We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our Building Envelope team as a an Area Sales Manager. This role will form part of the sales team specialising in the Rainscreen product line. Previous experience is preferred but not essential.

In this role you will manage anddevelop new business in your sales patch (South West & Midlands) through a consultative sales approach.


Your main tasks & responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted turnover and profitability targets
  • Develop new and existing business within the region by working with sub-contractors, key OEM and distribution partners
  • Provide technical and consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer
  • Pro-actively seek and secure projects within your sales region
  • Work closely with your peers to fully leverage all opportunities
  • Understand your competitors and report back on a regular basis any information of note

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of creating relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business
