The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a Global Retailer with a large marketing hub in Nottingham. This job is ideal for someone who is passionate about planning and efficiency and looking for your next career move?

You will be responsible for ensuring the Design Studio and Photography Team is running smoothly and at maximum efficiency by organising workloads, implementing processes, understanding interdependencies and being a point of contact between the Design Studio, Photography Team and stakeholders.

You will support the main retail brand, UK trade brands, branded dealers and have some exposure to growing European brands. This is a creative and fast paced environment with numerous design and photography briefs received daily – averaging over 1200 p.a.

This Company offers hybrid working, with two days working from home and three days in the office in Nottingham and a 4-day working week would also be considered.

(This role could be suitable for Design Studio Managers, Creative Project Managers or Creative Services Traffic Managers)

Key Responsibilities

In this busy role, you will be receiving, checking and setting up new briefs and job schedules in a timely manner using the workflow management tool, Smartsheet. You will allocate creative/photography/copywriting resources, and monitor job progress/completion so you will be project managing a large volume of briefs simultaneously.

You will use a number of tools to keep everything on track including Smartsheet, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com and Adobe Workfront.

This role would suit someone with a natural desire to drive efficiencies in ways of working (systems & processes) and a keen interest in the latest marketing work management tools. You will have experience in identifying/implementing/optimising the best solution for the job. This role will also potentially require the job holder to provide more general project management support.About you

This job would suit someone with experience of working within a busy creative environment, ideally with a good understanding of the creative process. You will have experience in production trafficking or scheduling and have excellent project management skills, including the use of workflow/project management tools.

You will be someone comfortable working at pace, managing numerous new briefs daily alongside personal day-to-day tasks and longer-term projects. Strong prioritisation and organisation skills will be called on and you will be adept at efficiently and proactively meeting deadlines with good attention to detail.
