Macildowie are working with a leading retail group based in Nottingham to recruit a full-time CRM Executive. This permanent role offers excellent progression opportunities and a hybrid working model.

About the Role

As a CRM Executive, you will support the CRM Manager in strengthening customer relationships to boost engagement, retention, and value. Your primary focus will be on email and mobile app push communications. Collaborating closely with the Digital Trading Manager, you will implement and deliver CRM strategies for the company's Premium/Luxury brands. A strong foundation in CRM and database analytics is essential, as this role is highly data-driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the email and mobile app calendar, aligning with broader business objectives

  • Oversee the briefing, creative development, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications

  • Implement and manage automated life-cycle campaigns

  • Develop and execute a test-and-learn strategy to continually enhance CRM communications

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on email and mobile app notifications, sharing insights with the wider business

  • Grow the engaged customer database and identify key segments for targeted programs

  • Maintain a strong relationship with the email service provider, ensuring optimal use of the platform

  • Stay updated on industry insights and email marketing trends

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year in a CRM-related position or a Digital Marketing role with some focus on CRM (Graduates with placement year experience will be considered)
  • Proactive individual with minimal supervision required

  • Email marketing experience.
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with email service providers and data analysis

  • Retail sector experience (desirable)

  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
