Are you ready to drive impactful campaigns and shape customer relationships within a dynamic, retail ecommerce environment? We're seeking a proactive, data-driven CRM Manager to join our Nottingham-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes: strategize, plan, segment audiences, set up incentives, A/B test, and report robustly.
  • Measure campaign impact to understand the incremental revenue driven through CRM activities (email, in-app, loyalty) within the digital strategy.
  • Drive continuous development by enhancing member lifecycles, from acquisition to re-engagement across key customer segments.
  • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities that boost engagement and conversion at all stages of the customer journey.
  • Manage and expand the affiliate program.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree-qualified with 3+ years in CRM, ideally in retail ecommerce.
  • Deep expertise in email marketing best practices; familiarity with Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Background in loyalty programs, B2B/B2C apps, and working with ESPs.
  • Exceptional communication and detail-oriented skills.
  • Highly commercial and organised, with analytical prowess to interpret data and adapt strategies to drive value.
