Your Role: As our Marketing Manager, you'll lead a talented team to create and implement exciting marketing strategies that attract high-quality leads. You'll be at the forefront of digital marketing efforts, utilising various channels-from email campaigns to social media-to showcase our services and drive engagement.
The role as Marketing Manager:
- Lead the Way: Guide our Marketing team in developing strategies that generate buzz and leads through email, paid ads, social media, SEO, and more.
- Analyze and Optimize: Dive into the data to track and refine our lead generation efforts, ensuring we're maximizing our ROI and improving conversion rates.
- Digital Strategy Guru: Oversee our digital marketing approach, managing everything from our website and SEO to PPC campaigns and social media presence.
- Content Creation: Lead the charge in creating engaging content for our digital platforms, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and email marketing.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on campaign performance and use insights to inform our strategies and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with our sales and account management teams to align our marketing efforts with customer needs and sales goals.
- Support Sales Efforts: Develop marketing materials and collateral that empower our account managers to close deals and enhance client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- B2B Marketing Experience: You've got a solid background in B2B marketing, ideally within the logistics, freight, transportation, or industrial service sectors.
- Proven Track Record: You have a history of successful lead generation and digital marketing initiatives.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a must.
- Data-Driven: You're comfortable working with data and analytics to guide your marketing strategies.
- Creative Thinker: A strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation is essential.
