Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this multichannel retail business offering a diverse range of products, including tech, electronics, appliances & gadgets.

The roles and responsibilities of Marketing Manager role:

  • Collaborate closely with the Group Head of Brand on marketing strategies and activities fortheir 3 main categories.
  • Develop strong relationship and work closely with internal teams to oversee marketing campaigns via PR, social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, retail marketing, and partnerships.
  • Act a brand guardian for campaign plans and launches.
  • Plan and execute end to end marketing campaigns, from ideation to creating integrated launch and media plans.
  • Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and present findings to the business and key stakeholders.
  • Understand brand partner budgets and commercial needs, leveraging them to secure support and collaboration, while managing the business expenditure budgets and income targets.
  • Key categories include - Entertainment, plug & play, and technology.

To be successful in this Marketing Manager role:

  • Ideally having 3 + years' experience as Marketing Manager/ Senior Marketing Manager level.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder experience
  • Have led a small team would be advantageous
  • Prior experience within relevant industries such as retail, hospitality, gaming, entertainment, fashion, sport & lifestyle.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Keynote.
