Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play an important role in driving the sales team's success. You will lead a team of talented estate agents, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve outstanding results in property sales. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team within a dynamic and growing real estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of estate agents, setting clear sales targets and performance goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with the local property market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the performance of the sales team, conducting performance reviews and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Property Listings: Assist in listing and marketing properties, ensuring accurate and compelling property listings.
  • Negotiation: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative tasks related to property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in property sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the real estate market.
