Your Role:
As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll:
- Coach and train your team to excel and hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train and develop the team in navigating customers through the sales process and converting enquiries into sales and reservations.
- Lead daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to keep everyone aligned and motivated.
- Create and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market share and drive repeat custom.
- Be responsible for the professional development and management of your team; focusing on sales training, coaching advisors on quality, personal development and monthly 121’s and performance management.
- Foster a customer-first ethos, while being the first point of contact for complex queries.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a natural leader with:
- Proven sales leadership experience (3+ years), ideally in the self-storage sector (but a contact or call centre environment will also be good).
- Strong coaching, communication, and organisational skills.
- Analytical mind set to interpret data and drive decision making.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm and 'show the way, as well as lead the way’
