We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader, with a growth mind set to lead a small team of talented Advisors and support the company to achieve ambitious growth goals. Your Role:

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Coach and train your team to excel and hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Train and develop the team in navigating customers through the sales process and converting enquiries into sales and reservations.
  • Lead daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to keep everyone aligned and motivated.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and market share and drive repeat custom.
  • Be responsible for the professional development and management of your team; focusing on sales training, coaching advisors on quality, personal development and monthly 121’s and performance management.
  • Foster a customer-first ethos, while being the first point of contact for complex queries.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a natural leader with:

  • Proven sales leadership experience (3+ years), ideally in the self-storage sector (but a contact or call centre environment will also be good).
  • Strong coaching, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Analytical mind set to interpret data and drive decision making.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm and 'show the way, as well as lead the way’
