Description
Work with the DVSA with brilliant self-development/learning opportunities. The role holder will be provided with time, funding to complete their qualification/membership to MCIPS, funded yearly by the organisation while in role.? Purpose is to provide DVSA operations with a commercial experience in line with Government Commercial Functions into categories by spend, type; managed through the entire commercial cycle (pre-procurement/market engagement; procurement; and contract management and benefits realisation), resulting in improved commercial services and cashable/non-cashable efficiency savings over the whole life of commercial arrangement.
Profile
Responsibilities are not limited to:?
- Leading a team to continue the development of Category Management approach
- Responsible for team delivery against strategies.
- Operate in a regulated public sector commercial environment consistent with Commercial Operating Standards
- Operate across sub-categories with a value of c£25m
