About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established, family-run business specialising in industrial roofing, sheeting, and cladding. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multiple projects, manage key stakeholders, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful completion of industrial roofing projects from start to finish.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and health & safety compliance across multiple sites.
- Liaise with clients, site managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). - Work closely with the draughtsman and clients to finalise construction drawings.
- Attend site meetings and ensure all snagging issues are resolved before handover.
- Procure materials and coordinate timely deliveries.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in industrial roofing, sheeting, or cladding.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and flat roof systems.
- Proven ability to manage projects ranging from 5K - 2M.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF viewer.
- Midlands-based or able to commute reliably.
