Job Role: Senior Technical Sales Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer who are looking for an Senior Technical Sales Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Grow and develop the business and sales department
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base specifically key accounts
- Responsible for producing and achieving yearly sales forecasts and budgets
- Create and monitor strategies
- Lead, support and coach the sales team
- Present technical solutions that are relevant to your customer needs
- Work closely with senior management/directors
- Determine and set sales targets for the team
- Attending networking, exhibitions, and business social events to secure and grow new and existing clients
- Drive maximum share of customer spend through utilisation of the full product portfolio
Job Requirements:
- Technical Sales Management experience within an Engineering environment
- Manufacturing Engineering qualification or equivalent
- 10 - 15 years experience working within Engineering (desired)
- Able to read engineering/technical drawings
- Willing to travel throughout UK and overseas
Salary & Shift:
- 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 3:30pm
- Company car, laptop & mobile phone
