To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with TPIs in the energy industry, have 2 years’ experience in new business development in a B2B environment and have a strong knowledge of the energy sector. Key responsibilities:
- Develop & manage new/ existing TPIs to drive new business, site growth and contract value.
- Building sustainable relationships to drive growth and maintain high retention rates.
- Elevate select TPIs to a strategic level where mutual value is maximized.
- Ensure effective, regular communication with TPIs, emphasizing face-to-face meetings.
- Proactively enhance propositions in collaboration with TPIs to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify additional areas of added value.
- Work closely with TPI Account Managers to maximise relationship opportunities.
- Manage relationship plans and provide detailed reporting on a regular basis.
- Handle contractual paperwork for TPI partnerships and negotiate agreements.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with TPIs in the energy retail industry.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in new business development in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of the business energy sector is essential.
- Proven ability to manage long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in negotiation and closing sales.
- Ambitious and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize effectively.
