This role: Mechanical Projects Engineer is with a Midlands based Building Services Contractor who over the last 30+ years have maintained a reputation for quality and service. You will be responsible for Project Management, Coordination, Installation & commissioning of Mechanical HVAC systems within commercial and industrial buildings with values of up to 6M+.
As a Mechanical Projects Engineer, you will be:
- Managing Mechanical aspects of projects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors
- Managing the whole contract costs from inception to final account, keeping track of labour and material expenditure, forecasts and P&L
- Developing system specifications and prepare construction drawings and documentation, Plant and equipment schedules for mechanical HVAC systems
- Placing orders with Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
- Managing subcontractors
- Providing technical support to clients

As a Mechanical Projects Engineer your salary will be within the 55-65K region. As part of your employment with the company you will receive a company car, automatic enrolment in the pension, healthcare and bonus schemes.
