Principal Geotechnical Engineer | Nottingham | £45,000+

If you are a Principal Geotechnical Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge, my client is looking for a new member to join their team! A team based in Nottingham is looking for someone to help develop the team. As well as working on your own professional development your job as the Principal Geotechnical Engineer will mean that your are leading the ground investigation team and mentoring junior staff.

You will get the chance to work on a wide range of different projects - on a varying scale of complexity and size. Your main responsibilities as a Principal Geotechnical Engineer will include the following: Planning and preparing phase 1 and phase 2 reports, geotechnical analysis reports, risk assessments, mentoring junior staff, leading ground investigations and site supervision.

Essential criteria

  • Hold a relevant degree
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Live within a commutable distance from the Nottingham office
  • 5+ years Geotechnical industry experience
