Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Nottingham, East Midlands. Salary / Benefits £24k - £35k + Training + BenefitsIndependent and established Asbestos Management company with a strong Midlands presence are now looking to take on a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. The successful candidate will be joining a longstanding team of surveyors, carrying out the full range of surveying duties across Retail, Educational, Leisure, Healthcare, and Commercial sites. For the successful candidate, our client can offer scope for further training and progression, with the opportunity to gain further P cert qualifications, alongside company pension scheme, car allowance, paid milage and bonuses for overnight stays. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Corby, Market Harborough, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Coalville, Tamworth.Experience & Qualifications: " BOHS P402 (essential)" Will have experience working for an Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a surveyor. " Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines. " Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Able to communicate efficiently and manage workload in line with company and client needs. The Role:" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " Sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis. " Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 guidelines. " Using TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed, site-specific reports.
