Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Building Safety Surveyor for a Housing Association client in Manchester/Liverpool.
The role involves managing fire risk remediation projects and conducting fire door and compartmentation surveys.
Candidates should have the ability to quickly identify and manage increasing Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Safety Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester/Liverpool.

What the job will be doing• Accountable for range of projects meeting all applicable regulatory & statutory requirements for delivery of fire risk remediation works & building safety works • Fire door surveys & compartmentation surveys

What you will need• Abaility to use initiative and quickly identify, react and manage increasing FRA ACTIONS • Excellent written and verbal communication
