Building Surveyor

Your new companyYou will work for a leading commercial property agency based in Nottinghamshire. They operate across the midlands and specialise in commercial, education, retail and industrial work. They have been operating for nearly 30 years and are award winning in what they do.

Your new roleYou will work as a Building Surveyor, based in their Nottingham team. You will work with both projects and professional services. You will work with dilapidations, party wall, condition surveys, design specification and project management. You will work in a team with Directors, and Assistant level Building surveyors.

What you'll need to succeedYou will have a Building Surveying degree or equivalent, as well as experience in a building surveying role. You will be keen to work on commercial properties, and develop your skill set with this company.
