Building Surveyor - Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services, including:
- Providing building maintenance advice
- Conducting building condition surveys
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and drawings for capital improvement projects
- Contract administration, including drafting and managing standard contract forms
- Overseeing works in line with the Party Wall Act
- Managing capital programme projects across multiple sites
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Building Surveyor - Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of commercial property and construction processes
- Experience within the education sector (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages
