An exciting opportunity for an experienced building surveyor looking for their next role has presented itself with an architectural and construction consultancy in Nottingham. The Building Surveyor selected will be offering a range of building surveyor advice, undertaking building condition surveys and project managing across sites. You'll also be responsible for preparing work schedules, specifications and drawings as well as liaising with clients and monitoring contract admin.
This Building Surveyor role requires:
- Demonstratable experience within Building Surveying.
- A degree (or degree level qualification) in Building Surveying.
- A full UK Driving licence.
- A full right to work in the UK.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- (Ideally) have experience working on education projects.
- Live in or near to Nottingham
The successful Building Surveyor will be offered:
