We are actively seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to work for an organisation based in Nottingham, for a 12-month interim contract.

Position: Building Surveyor

Location: Nottingham

Pay Rate: 32- 36 per hour via umbrella or CIS Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Cable running and Cable Management

* Deal with Fire stopping and Fire compartmentation projects, ensuring all work is done to new fire regulations

* Experience with Asbestos Awareness

* Liaise with senior management to relay information regarding budgets and timescales

* Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards

* Monitor compliance within the organisation
