Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of Estimator - Bespoke Joinery will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of bespoke joinery and shop fit out projects for main contractors and high end users
- Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to £300k
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Bespoke Joinery with
- Must have estimating experience within the joinery / bespoke joinery / cabinet maker / bespoke furniture market sectors
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
