We are seeking an experienced Fire Door Surveyor to join a leading contractor in Croydon on a permanent basis.
The role involves completing fire door surveys on various properties and requires 5 years of relevant experience.
The salary for this position ranges from £42,000 to £45,000, along with a van, fuel card, and hybrid working options.

Candidates with FDIS qualifications and experience in residential property surveys are highly desirable.

We are actively looking for an experience Fire Door Surveyor to join a leading contractor on a permanent basis in Croydon. In return you will receive a van, fuel card, career progression and opportunities for additional qualifications.As the Fire Door Surveyor, you will be:

Completing fire door surveys on a range of properties including, blocks of flats, care homes, police stations
Travelling a 2-hour radius around Croydon
Liaising with tenants and providing high level of customer service
Identifying the faults on the survey and keeping the reporting system updated

Experience and qualifications:

5 years' experience as a Fire Door Surveyor
FDIS desirable
Experience completing surveys across residential properties
