A globally renowned construction and engineering consultancy are looking for a dedicated Managing Building Surveyor to enhance their Nottingham team.

The Managing Building Surveyors' role

Due to continued success and growth, this consultancy are looking for a Managing Building Surveyor to support the development of their Building Surveying offering across Nottingham.

In this role, the Managing Building Surveyor will be working closely with the Head of Building Surveying to deliver business plans, maintain sustained growth and develop client relationships.

The successful Managing Building Surveyor will be responsible for managing key client relationships, working on high-profile projects across a wide variety of sectors.

As the new Managing Building Surveyor, you'll also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of dynamic individuals across multiple teams.

The Managing Building Surveyor

The successful Managing Building Surveyor will ideally be a client-facing individual, with both project and professional building surveying experience behind them.

  • MRICS qualification is preferred
  • Previous team management experience is ideal
  • Similar consultancy background
  • Proven experience managing a variety of projects
