Due to continued growth and a full order book, they are recruiting a number of Customer Service Administrators to join their team.
The Service Desk is a busy department which assists with the planning, scheduling and administration associated with all their maintained service contracts, including responding to and dispatching emergency callouts our clients may have.
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for processing all tasks in relation to delivering their customers scheduled maintenance activities, communicating via customer portals, email and telephone.
What youll be doing:
Taking inbound phone calls for the Service phone line and handling Customer enquiries
Call logging and raising new orders
Liaising with Engineers regarding workloads, work not yet completed and assisting as required
Ensure customer portals and email inboxes are monitored daily to provide same-day response
What were looking for:
IT skills, including Microsoft packages and email
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Be adaptable and be able to take initiative
Accuracy at record keeping
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload

Salary £24,000 (increases to £26k after successful probation period).
