The candidate will be working with key clients and must show a dynamic personality. It will be up to you to cement client retention and growth.

Customer service executive duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
- Manage and maintain client accounts
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
