Business Development  | £30,000 - £37,000 |Permanent Nottingham | Company car + Bonus | Office Based | Mon-Fri 9-5Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Business Development for an established and growing company in Nottingham.This role will suit someone who has a proven track record of Business Development and Key client Account Management.Key details:
  • Manage and grow existing B2B accounts
  • Weekly travel to london for meeting with key clients
  • Take a proactive approach to lead generation and canvassing for new business opportunities
  • Managed services selling
  • Conduct in-person follow-ups with leads and clients to build strong relationships and close deals
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Proactively manage key accounts to deliver annual growth targets
What they are looking for: 
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients and attend events (Roughly 2 days per week out the office)
  • A go-getter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ability to deal with multiple large accounts
  • Demonstrated experience of adopting a consultative sales approach to understand complex customer situations with senior stakeholders from multiple departments
