We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to join Our Clients team based in Nottingham.

As a Commercial Director, you will shape Our Clients business strategy and drive commercial success. You will be responsible for commercial management, developing and implementing revenue growth strategies and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader experienced in driving commercial success and building strong business relationships.

Essential criteria;

  • Proven experience in a lead commercial role (Commercial Director, Senior Commercial Manager, or Regional Commercial Manager) within a multi-disciplinary contracting environment.
  • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (Degree level).
  • Ideally MRICS
  • Excellent understanding and experience with all NEC forms of contract.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary contracting projects in a contracting environment.
  • Excellent team leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • High level of analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
