Based on-site, your varied role will see you become a key member of the commercial team, working closely with the development chefs, where your responsibilities will include:
-Cultivating opportunities for growth with existing customers.
-Identifying and securing new business aligned with strategic objectives.
-Collaborating with the commercial team to shape the annual strategy and budget.
-Ensure the pricing model is competitive and aligned with company goals.
-Collaborating with customers to develop mutually beneficial solutions, ensuring products meet margin expectations.
-Fostering strong, ongoing communication with customers regarding commercial matters and supply requirements.
-Providing volume forecasts and updates to internal teams.
-Working closely with NPD teams to ensure the first-class service expectations of customers are met.
-Managing customer specifications and development processes, ensuring adherence to BRC standards.
-Leading feasibility meetings for new product development and key projects.
