In this role you will be creating and cultivating relationships with prospective customers to build a consistent and high-value pipeline for our new-brand sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to accelerate your career in the world of solution sales. In return for high-effort and a hunger to learn youll work closely with an experienced and highly motivated group who will mentor, support and coach you to success with a clear route to becoming a Business Development Manager within 12-18 months with the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding for how our technology works and the value it delivers to our customers.
- Following up on inbound marketing leads to identify and secure quality, high-value sales opportunities.
- Identifying, nurturing, and qualifying prospects from your own target list.
- Leverage outbound activities such as cold calling, email, and social media to qualify and set sales meetings.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of engaged prospects to create well qualified opportunities.
- Consistently fund HubSpot with new, relevant, and up-to-date data to fuel our future marketing activity and build prospect intelligence.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years experience in a SaaS sales environment is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of Sales Development best practices.
- Demonstrable track record of sales development success to senior management in mid-market/enterprise firms.
- Inquisitive, focused and goal oriented.
