We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Commercial Property Sales Executiveto join a thriving team. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of their property sales division helping navigate and securing deals

Key Details:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property buyers
- Property Listings & Marketing: Identify new commercial properties for sale or lease, and create compelling listings to attract buyers and tenants
- Sales Strategy: Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and the company
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities to offer expert advice to clients
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing, manage contracts, and oversee all aspects of deal closure
- Previous experience in commercial property sales
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence
