About the Role

As a Furniture Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and sharing expert product knowledge.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Identifying and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to meet shared goals.
  • Keeping customer information and sales records accurate and up to date.
