Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Internal Communications Manager to join a strong, global business in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years internal communications experience preferably within a global or multi-site organisation.The role is 4 days a week in the office, 1 working from home.Responsibilities include:• Collaborating on the development and execution of our internal communications strategy.• Cultivating an organisational culture where two-way internal communication is at the core of our success, and where every team member is engaged in enhancing communication.• Advocating the critical role of internal communication in our business and ensuring consistent brand usage.• Continuously assessing the performance of our internal communications.• Create and manage compelling, consistent, and engaging content for various communication channels.• Implementing, developing, and overseeing internal communication activities and initiatives.• Managing and moderating engagement on our internal HR platform.• Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.The role benefits from home working once a week and works closely with the Events Manager & the Head of Brand. There are also huge training & development opportunities with the firm.
