Pure Permanent Recruitment are seeking an experienced workshop based Machinist for a client based in Nottingham.
This is a permanent position offering either a full time or part time position to the ideal candidate.
Working hours: (Full time) Monday - Thursday 7am - 16:00pm (30 minutes for lunch) Friday 7am - 13:00pm / Part time working hours will be considered.
Hours per week: 40 / part time hours will be considered.
Job role overview:
- Working in house, our client is seeking an experienced machinist to join their dedicated machine shop, supporting engineering fitters in the production and servicing of woodworking machinery.
- Experience of working with manual machine tools including lathes and millers is essential.
- Basic CNC milling experience would be highly advantageous.
- Work will include production of new parts to drawings specification and production of replacement spare parts based on existing components.
