With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Construction Administrator will be exposed to a range of projects, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Administrator to quickily develop within a consultancy environment. They are offering a starting salary of up to £35,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees.

Construction Administrator Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £28,000 to £35,000
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri

Construction Administrator Job Overview
  • Prepare a range of documents using suitable software, including the creation and upkeep of Excel files such as workload trackers.
  • Provide documentation control support by utilising relevant workflow systems and other approved platforms.
  • Use and maintain standardised document templates to ensure consistency across Company documentation.
  • Offer support to the Vetting team in coordinating screening and vetting checks for staff working within secure environments.
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers on behalf of the team, and assist the design teams with document control, including uploading documents to file-sharing platforms.
Construction Administrator Job Requirements
  • 3+ Years Administration Background, ideally within a Construction or Design setting
  • Excellent Microsoft Packages Experience
  • Understanding of InDesign / AutoCAD preferred but not essential
  • Previous exposure to Ministry of Defence projects preferred but not essential
  • UK Resident for 5 years + or a British national (for security clearance)
