Reed Further Education are seeking ab enthusiastic and aspirational assessors/trainers to join a further education provider who are based in Basford, Nottingham. They will be contributing to the future of apprenticeships in construction and the built environment. Job Title: Built Environment and Construction Trainer

Position: Mon to Fri, 37 hours

Role type: Permanent

Location: Basford, Nottingham

Salary: £34,445 to £40,560 per annum

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver training and assessments for Level 3 and 4 higher apprentices.
  • Provide flexible and high-quality education within the workplace.
  • Teach subjects including Quantity Surveying & Site Supervision, Building Information Modelling, Science, Materials, and CAD.
  • Ensure apprentices meet the required standards and progress in their learning journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in Quantity Surveying & Site Supervision.
  • Ability to teach Building Information Modelling, Science, Materials, and CAD.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality education and support to apprentices.
  • Experience working with apprentices and familiarity with Pearson as the awarding body.
  • An assessor's qualification is highly desirable.
