Your new companyOur client, a main contractor based in Nottingham operating in the water industry, is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to join their delivery team. This multi-accredited and established organisation has a strong pipeline of work with Severn Trent and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. With an order book currently totalling over £38m and with guaranteed work throughout AMP8, they are looking to strengthen their site delivery teams.

This is a full-time site-based position covering the Severn Trent region, and you will be based on one site at a time.

Your new roleAs Electrical Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring effective management of all electrical activities
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to design specifications
  • Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
  • Ensuring efficient, safe and timely delivery of electrical installations on site.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have:

  • Proven experience managing electrical installations in the water sector
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external project stakeholders
  • Sound organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence.
