Electrical Supervisor
Our client, a leading M&E contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a freelance basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in residential and commercial projects.
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installations on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards. Your expertise in managing electrical teams and coordinating with other trades will be key to the successful completion of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical teams on-site and ensure all work is completed to specification.
- Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports for each project.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality and safety of electrical work.
- Provide support and guidance to electricians on-site.
- Report directly to the Project Manager or Site Manager regarding any issues or concerns.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in both residential and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction site safety practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- CSCS Card and relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations, NVQ Level 3).
- Previous experience working with M&E contractors is a plus.
