- Deliver engaging lessons in Construction subjects at Entry Level 3 to Level 1.
- Develop comprehensive schemes of work and lesson plans tailored to student needs.
- Provide individualised support to learners when necessary.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their goals, focusing on both academic and vocational success.
- Help prepare learners for apprenticeships, further education, or employment.
- A professional qualification relevant to the construction field (Level 2 or above).
- A teaching qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Practical experience in construction disciplines such as Tiling, Block Paving, Rainwater Goods, Skirting Boards, and Health & Safety.
- Experience working with disengaged or hard-to-reach young people, particularly those aged 14 to 19, or learners with additional needs (EAL, SEN, etc.).
- The ability to set high expectations for behaviour and achievement while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
