Your new roleHays Education are working with a school based in South Nottinghamshire who are looking for a Site Manager. The position will be from Monday to Friday, and is initially presented as a long-term temporary role to start as soon as possible.Your responsibilities will include:

  • General grounds and building maintenance
  • Minor repair work e.g. changing light bulbs
  • Ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems are working
  • Responsibility of building keys - locking and unlocking as required
  • Managing and co-ordination other site/cleaning staff

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in managing premises or maintenance, ideally is a school
  • Possess an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
  • Be reliable, resilient and hardworking
