A renowned multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a driven Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Nottingham team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
Due to continued growth and success, this particular consultancy are looking to develop their Building Surveying offering across Nottingham, making this a really excititng time for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join the team.
In this role, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Building Surveying, assisting with business plans, maintaining sustained growth and developing client relationships.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for managing key client relationships, working on high-profile projects across a wide variety of sectors.
This role offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor rapid progression into a Managerial role with future opportuntity to lead and develop a team.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a client-facing individual, with both project and professional building surveying experience behind them.
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Previous team management experience is ideal
- Similar consultancy background
- Proven experience managing a variety of projects
