A well established property developer based in Nottinghamshire are looking for a site supervisor / project manager to join their business due to a number of new projects coming up and adding to their construction team. Your role will be working within the construction department whilst liaising with site teams/design teams across the business.

Client Details

This client is a property developer who work across the the Midlands and who focus predominantly within the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation sector (PBSA) and serviced accommodation blocks. They have a large property portfolio that is growing and they have a number of properties that are about to start their transformation. They then rent out the properties and this is where the business makes their revenue across a wide portfolio.

Description

This role will involve working across the whole property portfolio in an office based site supervisor/project management role - with site meetings/visits as and when needed across the sites. Most of the properties are based across the Midlands with the furthest north being Sheffield.

Your role will involve working across the properties to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard, from decorating to carpentry to overall finish. You will have the ability to carry out inspections and point out changes/defects to be made good and ensure that the trades teams and doing the work required.

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the above and ideally come from a trade background. You will have your SSSTS and be prepared (if needed) to do your SMSTS as well.

It is important that you already have experience in the student accommodation / PBSA sector so you are aware of guidelines/requirements as well as they type of projects they carry out.

You must be a team player and someone who is used to using their initiative as well as bringing new ideas to the table to ensure success.

Your role will be office based with site visits across the property portfolio and therefore it is essential that you have a driving licence for this role.
