Your new companyYou will be joining an industry-leading subcontractor within the Civil Engineering industry who have a number of schemes on the National Highways SDF Framework within the Midlands region specialising in street lighting instillation and design.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the installation of the street lighting schemes on motorway and highway schemes which involves supervising workers and subcontractors, manage orders and deliveries of construction materials, complete records for site reports and contribute to a safe working environment, adhering to company and government policies
What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will have experience working on street lighting projects previously, be a qualified electrician (17th or 18th edition) and hold a CSCS Gold or Black card. Being a qualified electrician isn't essential, but strongly preferred. In addition to this, you will have knowledge of reviewing test sheets and work information surveys, advising the electricians.
