I am working alongside a leading highway and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site supervisor for a highway and infrastructure scheme. My client operate heavily across the infrastructure and civils sectors.
Site supervisor responsibilities:
- Working alongside the site management team.
- Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Tool box talks.
- Task briefings.
- Record keeping.
- Plant and machinery inspections.
- Checking works are being completed in accordance to RAMS and project program.
- Liaising with the client and other subcontractors on site.
Site supervisor requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card - Gold or Black.
- NVQ level 3 or above.
- SSSTS/ SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Highways passport - we can assist with this.
- Safety critical medical.
- Previous highways experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
