Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to support the Site Manager and provide coverage in their absence. As a dedicated professional, you will work for a reputable contractor, providing support to a housing association in Nottingham. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing refurbishment work on public buildings and housing stock, ensuring compliance with energy-efficient codes. You will also be involved in hands-on tasks as part of a collaborative team, utilising your trade background, preferably in joinery or another trade. The standout feature of this opportunity is the guaranteed progression plan to become a Site Manager in a non-working role. This progression will come with a substantial salary increase up to £49,000 plus a car allowance as you advance.
Key Requirements:
- CSCS Gold Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Trade background (preferably in joinery or another trade)
- Willingness to perform ad-hoc tasks and use tools
- Strong motivation to progress to the role of Site Manager and increase earnings
