Bennett and Game are representing one of the fastest growing multi-disciplinary consultancies in the UK, seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Nottingham. This consultancy provides specialist services in ecology, arboriculture, flood risk, and habitat management, working across the UK to support a diverse range of clients in infrastructure, housing, commercial development, and utilities. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of environmental and ecological consultancy projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Project Manager Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
  • 28 days per year of holiday plus bank holidays
  • 2 days paid for either charity work, a training course or for extra holiday days per year.
  • Additional 3 days paid holiday over the Christmas period.

Project Manager Job Overview
  • Working on large scale, multi-million-pound utility and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any delays or potential risks.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure all costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring they are following project plans and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
Project Manager Job Requirements
  • Experience in project management. Ideally within the environmental/ecology sector however not a must as we are happy to consider a range of Project Mangers from a construction, Civil Engineering background etc
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, or similar).
