Principal main contractor are building a £16 Million new build student accommodation block in central Nottingham. They are currently looking for an internals/finishing manager commencing as from 17th February for circa 6-8 weeks to supervise, manage and snag the internal trades package in order for scheme to be handed over defect free. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible on a daily basis for coordination of subcontract trades/labour, site inductions, RAMS, attending subcontract/client site progress meetings in order to ensure that project/programme deadlines are achieved, as to the type of project this is the internal/finishing manager role will require someone that has come from an internal trades background and ideally to have had prior/current experience working on and delivering BTR schemes.
CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as no application will be considered without these
As this role can be outside of IR35 Ltd/CIS can be paid and will be £250-£280 per day depending upon experience
PAYE £200 per day
