Operations Manager main duties:
  • Conduct site visits and complete assessments, surveys and create reports
  • Planning of own day and teams works to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Managing of labour, materials and engineering works to ensure projects are within budget
  • Liaising with engineers and customers about works completed
  • Improving current processes and introducing new ways to stream line operating procedures
Operations Manager qualifications/experience:
  • Experience consulting with key clients and managing relationships
  • Must be happy travelling nationally and conducting site visits
  • Prior experience managing projects and teams is essential
  • Ideally you will come from a fire or construction background
  • Must be ambitious with a proven track record of leading a team
