What’s the Role About?

As a National Operations Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin of project success. From coordinating schedules and resources to managing field engineers and liaising with clients, your organizational finesse and leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to impeccable standards.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, engineering, and installations) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors) to make things happen—right the first time!

What Will You Do?
  • Plan Like a Pro: Create detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate Excellence: Oversee initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Facilitate alignment across all stakeholders and keep communication crystal clear.
  • Problem-Solving Superhero: Identify risks, tackle challenges, and implement solutions before they become issues.

  • Detail-Oriented Doer: Interpret schematics, survey reports, and bills of materials to ensure smooth execution.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Oversee site visits, schedule field teams, and provide thorough project briefings.
